Upon completion, participants earn a certification from Concordia University and gain exclusive access to Canada’s only national AI-for-manufacturing leadership network.
How will this program benefit our leaders (decision-makers)?
Decision makers will be better equipped to tackle their organization’s key challenges, understand how to effectively leverage AI, and confidently oversee AI implementation projects. They’ll also gain the skills to engage and manage cross-functional teams as they move from strategy to execution.
Do I need a technical background or AI experience?
Not at all. The program is specifically built for non-technical leaders. You’ll learn what matters most for making strategic AI decisions and will be supported by experts throughout the journey.
How long is the program and what is the time commitment?
The program follows a proven 4+4 model over 8 weeks (approx. 3.5 hours/week):
Weeks 1–4: AI literacy, strategy, and opportunity mapping
Weeks 5–8: Mentored prototyping and implementation planning
Includes 10 hours of 1-on-1 guidance from top AI specialists.
What does it cost, and is funding available?
The full cost is $6,250 CAD * and includes materials, mentorship, and certification. Most participants can receive up to 100% reimbursement. We provide guidance on securing this funding.
What types of AI use cases are explored?
We help you identify and prototype solutions tailored to your operation, such as predictive maintenance, quality control, supply chain optimization, scheduling automation, or energy efficiency. Your prototype is built around your company’s real data and goals.
What support is available after the program ends?
You'll receive one-year access to our national AI in Manufacturing leadership network, connecting you with peers and experts across the country. Support continues after the program with ongoing mentorship opportunities and active alumni forums. You'll also receive personalized guidance on scaling your pilot solution into full deployment, along with referrals to funding sources, technology partners, and resources for launching real-world AI projects.
